It is easy on iOS. I don’t know about Android though.
On iOS, just go to the Account tab at the bottom, then click your name and account details at the top of the page, then hit the Share account details link, to get options for how to share.
Not sure how it works on Android, hopefully someone will be able to tell you.

Would be good if you could do it with the card details too…
This is how it is done on Android as well but I think it would be nice to be able to go to the Account tab and have a share button there next to your name/account details.
Something I have just noticed is that you can highlight the account number and sort code and then copy it.
This is there but it’s quite well hidden…
