Constant crashing / Slow

Hi

Reported to support yesterday that the app has been very slow of late and now it crashes every time I categorise a transaction. They said they’d tell development but I’ve been told this before and nobody comes back. Anyone else having these issues?

What OS are you using? What phone etc?

I’m on iPhone 6 and iOS (obviously) and haven’t noticed this behaviour. I do think that the latest iteration of the app opens a little slower than previous versions (still much faster than TSB, Santander, Nationwide).

Can you try the flow in the GIF, see if it crashes?

Ah - turning off the new spending summary stops the crashing.

That’s probably the issue, then. I’ve just gone through your workflow with no crashes.

IPhone 6. Latest update and OS update. Repeating those steps crashed it for me.

Also have summary setup.

Tried and I couldn’t replicate it. I do have less transactions for the retailer I was trying to change than you do, if that makes any difference.

And I’m on the new spending

Which iOS and Monzo App version? (In case you’re on testflight)

Latest for Monzo 1.9.32. Not signed up for testflight

11.3 for iOS, about to download 11.3.1

Edit: just deleted the notes I added to test and now it’s crashing

Thanks for reporting this crash, it is indeed related to Summary. I’ve just checked and this should be fixed in the next update. :tada:
