Confirming my Identity

I recently upgraded my phone and initially struggled to login to my account, Monzo couldnt confirm my identity. They have since confirmed my identity. However i continue to receive messages advising me to confirm my identity by revealing my pin and submit a new video. My identity has been confirmed, so i am unable to submit a new video, but i keep receiving the same message over and over.

If you follow the forgotten pin process from your card tab it should let you complete a new video and it used to (by memory) remove the identity issue.
