thanks for advice though to all people who responded on topic.
Maybe it’s your provider or local province blocking, they’re definitely not blocked nationwide. I regularly use HSBC and Starling without issue. They’re somewhat slower though, due to the distance.
You should check out HSBC’s RMB account though, it allows for seamless transfers from GBP into RMB without having to deal with limits or paying a fee to Monzo if you need more than £200.
Just to address your original question… I’ve done a formal complaint and that’s the standard response time.
I found the whole process really easy and actually quite pleasant. In the end they responded a lot quicker than the initial timeframe that they gave.
This was also my experience. Unlike TSB which took foreveverrrr to respond.
I personally found Monzo to be quick. To the OP, hope you sort it and be patient.
Yes for me the same its pretty easy. I found the whole process quite good. I try to save my time for such things and I’m glad that such service as monzo or help people with different troubles and help to develop skills
The In app service is very slow, the actual complaint’s process seems to be fairly standard depending on what your complaining about. You might want to ring Monzo as that does seem to speed things up a bit.
