Well thats a bit odd since Clear Bank does what it says on the tin and is just a clearing bank with no services for the public.

I get paid into my Monzo account by the RAF. And their payment system doesn’t find Monzo. I have to tell them it’s Clearbank and it works.

Monzo are aware, COps told me to tell my admin clerk to use Clearbank.

Yeah I have spotted this before on the forum. Im surprised Monzo haven’t got them to update as it must be affecting loads of customers in the forces.

As with anything military I think the software is contracted. Therefore any changes take 467 years and £4.6m to come to fruition :joy:
