Looking forward to cheque imaging, partiularly if it’s well implemented (for instance, it’s a lot easier getting Starling to accept photos of a cheque than NatWest).

I’m more excited that the list of requested features by the Community still has traction, regardless of what they are:
Done:
Dark Mode
Pot to Pot transfers
Ordering Pots
Custom Categories (paid tiers)
Bill pots
Samsung Pay
Instant withdrawals from Savings pots
etc…
Still to do:
Plus/Premium for Joint Accounts (snippets becoming visible)
Cheque Imaging (looks like 
)
Desktop (browser) access 
Running balance on each entry
Garmin pay
While it might be slow, Monzo is blasting through the outstanding ‘Big List’ (remember that one?) type items.

Lots of people were saying cheque imaging was never coming ………… I always thought Monzo would have to add it sooner or later as paying money in (not via post) is an essential part of banking! Pleased it’s coming soon

A lot of those people did also want Post Office cash pay-in support (also supposedly coming soon) along with cheque support in-app. I’m sure they will be pleased once both features are available, especially if Post Office usage is free.
It looks like Monzo have now officially joined the ICS scheme, so further evidence that this feature must be close!
It’s very good to see a full house on payment scheme support, anyway.

Also an end to the annual problem at Christmas when too many cheques descend on Monzo HQ at once and they have to keep posting about processing delays to reassure customers that they are just running behind on clearing cheques, rather than having issues, as people get impatient and think that their cheques have got lost in the post!
I think they are probably aiming for a quick pre-Christmas launch now, since they seem so close, although maybe we’ll have it one more time.
