Chat with a person section crashes the app

I’ve been trying to get in touch the a person through the help section on the app. And this seems to crash the app. This is on an iPhone 6S and app version 1.9.32.

Could be mate, if you need help though E-Mail them and if it is a big it will get seen here :slight_smile:

Also could be worth trying to reinstall the app :slight_smile:
