App Crashes When Trying to Access Chat with Us on Android

Issue:
Monzo App crashes when I do to help or try to tap on Chat with Us button.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or clearing the app memory & cache would fix this only for a one off, as the video shows when I clear memory and sign back in, I am able to see chats, but when I go away and try to come back to it, app crashes again.

Details to reproduce:
Open Monzo app, go to Help.
Open Monzo app, go to Help -> scroll down -> tap on Chat with Us

Does deleting and reinstalling the app fix it?

Same behaviour happens when I try to uninstall and re-install the app.

Yes a number of times since I’ve experienced this first.
