I have a message in the app but every time I click on it, it does a greyed out loading chat screen and the back button doesn’t work, so the entire app has to be restarted.
The most common thing to try when weird things happen is:
- Delete the app
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall the app
Also make sure you have no apps or anything that would interfere with the Monzo app. Like VPNs or stricter security apps.
