Shouldn’t Tesco Pay+ transactions be classified as ‘groceries’ rather than ‘online transaction’?

Depends @Ian1 - you can also use Pay+ for fuel example.

Online transaction here isn’t the category. It’s a little identifier that appears under the merchant name when you carry out “Cardholder not present” type transactions.

If the location data happens it would be nice for the tranaction page to also say it was an ‘Online transaction’ - would let you know if the transaction was made using your card or the app.

Something similar might be possible with Uber too.

So is anyone else having issues authenticating their card with Pay+? I follow the instructions and the till gets stuck in a loop and stops doing anything
