Cashier stamped bank statement

Ah, Voodoo Ray’s. I went to the Dalston branch once, after seeing Skinny Puppy. While I was waiting, it was the first time I saw someone else in the wild pull out a Monzo card to pay for their pizza.

Hey guys, hearing about your pizza party has added so much to this conversation…

Yeah. It’s really shown the human side of the monzo team. Always good to be reminded there’s actual people on the other end.

It’s the forum way. Derailing. You’ll get used to it

I can Dig It…

Yes but how do they know it was the bank that printed them? That’s where the stamp would come in… :slightly_smiling_face:

Stamps are a super secure, impossible to duplicate, way of authenticating a bit of paper that was unquestionably printed by your bank and not from any half decent printer.

I don’t make the rules up!

I needed certified bank statements several years ago and banked with Smile at the time. I went into a Co-op branch and they printed a years’ worth for me, stamping and signing each page. Took about 20 mins and they didn’t charge me a penny.
