No

Edited to add: just double-checked. The only offer I have this round which I have previously used is LNER.

Just for completeness, I also have: Honest Burger 12%, cardfactory 9%, Greggs 5% > £5 from this round.

I was finally invited into the program this morning and I have the following showing:

H&M - 5%
Ebay - 3%
Asda - 5%
Disney Plus - 15%
Honest Burger - 10%
SPACENK - 7%
LNER - 8%
Currys - 3%
Deliveroo - 2%
Boots - 4%

Ebay is 3 weeks left the remaining are 2 weeks or less.

My partner wasn’t part of the trial but now has cashback. He has:

Deliveroo 2% (no minimum) and Currys 3% on £100.
Then also has the same Boots, eBay, Disney+, Honest Burgers, LNER and SpaceNK offers as me… and that’s it.

Looking back through my previous offers, had and used Deliveroo (8%, then 2%) and Greggs (10%). I also had Currys (3% on £100) which I activated but never actually used.

Is the trick to not activate them to show your lack of interest, and then maybe in the next round it might show you something you would engage with?

Ima leave mine inactive and see what the next bunch looks like.

I haven’t had to do this before so how long should this take? It’s only been 3.5 working days so far, but the weekend makes this feel like an eternity ago that I reported this.

I reported a Disney plus one 2 weeks ago and still haven’t got a response, might be a long wait

Some people have made the mistake of paying via Apple App Store or Google Play Store which makes the transaction illegible. Did you pay for it directly (via their website)?

Nope.

But regardless of that, there will be plenty of cases where the claim isn’t going to result in the cashback, as we’ve seen in this thread for various reasons, but there should still be a “Rejected” result.

I have to say we got a bit from the Curry’s cashback offer.

Interesting some such as Franco Manca and eBay I’ve used in a previous round and don’t have again, you seem to be on the sheet as being available to others.

When I had to report one, it took a week or two.

I’ve had a refund for one LNER ticket come through but not seen the cash back be taken back yet.

The supermarket booster offer ended yesterday. So what’s next?

:wave:t5: Hello everyone! It’s Rore here coming with an update on the supermarket booster.

First a little reminder about how the booster worked. You earned 2% cashback every time you shopped at a wide range of supermarkets from Aldi to Waitrose & Partners – up to a maximum of £30 cashback.

We started running the supermarket booster offer as an experiment during the pilot to a small group of customers. It was active for 2 months and in that time customers saved £7.18 on average at the UK’s largest supermarkets. And we’ve noted the positive feedback you had about it on here too.:slightly_smiling_face:

Now the booster’s come to an end, we’ll be looking at how it performed and use our learnings to shape what cashback offers look like in future. We’ll update you on here when we know what that might be.

:new: For now, we’ll leave you with some other news – some new offers went live yesterday. So check out your app to see what’s new :eyes:

Zero applicable offers to me on this round.

Chase can have the spending for now.

I hope this means you’ll be reintroducing the supermarket booster on a more permanent basis for all customers. I get the impression that it would really help Monzo users and I’m sure lure those using other accounts for their daily spending.

Chase is where it’s at for spending right now, hands down.

Confirmed as not returning because it cost Monzo more than people saved. Just kidding, actually it’s really interesting to see that level of detail that you can get from the research.

Thanks for the update
