So my card has came today and I’m excited to start using the card and see what Monzo is all about.
I’m still a bit hesitant to fully switch from my Starling account however if everything goes well and I’m impressed enough then I absolutely will!

Although it’s going to be a tough choice between Starling now - both have come a long ways and are quite strong products.

Starling CS let me down when I left, I gather they’ve improved now though.

I think there’s a limit where you can’t re-open a Starling account until 12 months after closing?

So.…… I’ve decided to do a partial switch to Monzo!
I’m keeping my Starling account open but there is just something about Monzo that puts it that little bit ahead and I just can’t quite put my finger on it.

Community seems to be really good on here too right enough :slight_smile:

Worth keeping Starling open if you think there’s a chance you might want to use it again in future - if you close it, they don’t let you re-open until a year passes… :-1:
