Card not recognised as Mastercard Debit

Hi,

I tried to use my Mondo card on the Travel lodge website this morning and it would not recognise the number as a Mastercard Debit (tried to get me to change to Credit card which would have incurred a fee).

I had to use an alternative card.

Thought I’d give you a heads up.

Thanks Mike, that’s a pain sorry! If you have a chance to drop them a message, that often helps – they normally need to update their card database :frowning: We’ll keep an eye on it too and see if we can do anything on our end!
