Card not received

Hi,

I applied for an account on April 15th. The app says I should have received my card between April 17th and 25th. I have not received it yet and I am unable to order a new card (app says Something’s gone wrong).

Where can I find help about this? Or am I being too impatient :slight_smile:

Hi Remi, how are you? Apologies for the inconvenience! I have just checked internally and all I can see is that there is a delay, but the card delivery is in process! Sit tight, and it should be with you shortly! :sweat_smile:
