Monzo card hasn't arrived

Hi! My monzo card was ordered more than a week ago and hasn’t arrived yet. Could you please help me to find out what is going on?

What does the app say? When was it expected to arrive by? A week has had a weekend in it and the postal service is incredibly busy at this time of year.

After a certain period the app will let you order a replacement.

Am same like u I was waiting it long time but never arrives xd

Unsure what’s occurring. I upgraded to Plus on Friday and a new card arrived on Tuesday ! Perhaps check the address you gave Monzo or has been said order a replacement when your app allows you to.
