Download the Monzo app from your phone’s app store and follow the instructions to create an account.
If you already have an account and you need a new card, if it was lost or stolen, freeze your card in the app and follow the instructions.
Ive got anaccount but i havnt recieved a ard
If it has been more than 5 days since you created the account and you’ve yet to receive your card an option should appear in the app with further instruction to reorder another one. It’s likely it got lost in the post, or is just delayed.
