Card hasn’t arrived and I can’t reorder another one

Hello monzo, I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a new card to arrive. The delivery card keeps changing dates with a new future date but to no avail. Can I reorder a new one? I can’t find an option to let me reorder/replace as I can only see the “activate your card” button - even when I freeze my current card

There should be an option to re-order, if you can’t see it anywhere I’d contact monzo, search contact us in the help section to find the chat.

Are you ordering it to abroad?

You can only order when a certain time has passed. Considering it’s Christmas and the extra Royail Mail has to deal with, that limit has likely been extended.

Unfortunately you’ll just have to wait for the card to arrive or the app to let you order another.
