Cannot reorder card

I ordered a card a while ago and haven’t received it. I am now unable to reorder a new one in the app. It only is allowing me the to activate the card but obviously i cannot as i dont have it

What date does it say your card should have arrived by?

You cannot order a new one until a certain time has passed. With how busy it’s been over Christmas and the bank holidays, you’ll just have to wait until the card arrives or it lets you reorder.

I ordered it like may 2020, i didnt need to use it so i must have forgotten about it. So it should allow me to reorder by now but it isnt
