I have a UK debit (Bank of Scotland) and a US debit (Schwab) that I’ve used in the past to top up my account. As of yesterday neither will work. When I try to use either one, either directly or through Apple Pay, I get a card declined message. Both card issuers say there aren’t any issues and I haven’t changed any cards details. Is this a current known issue?
I’ve had an issue with Bank of Scotland last weekend, couldn’t top up. So I phoned the customer service team and they gave me a number to give to the fraud team. Before I got a chance to phone them they phoned me. They lifted the block and confirmed everything was okay.
That’s weird – best bet is to get in touch with us through in-app chat and we can probably get it sorted
