Got round to chatting in App this afternoon after reporting it at around 10:15 and eventually getting a response at 16:25. They have past it on. BTW the new update this afternoon didn’t fix it. It made the issue slightly different though.
Managed to get to the bottom of this, with the new biometrics functionality in Monzo Labs, it doesn’t work. If Security is turned off it works, with Security on and Monzo Lab new Biometrics turned off, it works.
