Im having issues downloading my bank statements in pdf which i really need to show as proof of funds to secure a property. Do anyone else have the same issue currently or previously. If yes, how did you resolve this? I have been on this for the past week and spoken to the chat team, no help there either cos specialists are looking into it. Im stressed and need help with this. Please see image for the error message i get when i try to download statements
Have you deleted the app, RESTARTED your phone, and reinstalled?

Yes, i have several times and still won’t work. Very frustrating
This may be an obvious question, apologies if so: have you asked if they can generate your pdfs for you and email them to you while you wait for the issue with the app to be resolved?
