Successfully added Monzo card to Google Wallet, and made it the default payment card.
However, when i go to add cards to my pixel watch, the Monzo card is not in the list of cards to add. Why not?
How long ago did you add it? I would turn both the phone and watch off and on to try kick start a sync

Use the Watch app on your phone directly; not the Google pay app. Watch (app)>google>google wallet>+add to watch. Should show from there.
