Hi, i’ve been attempting to create a monzo account, however whenever i get to the mobile number verification stage it says it can’t be verified. I’ve tried to reinstall, same result.
Have you applied for an account before? Maybe opened one and closed it in the past or recent past?
Usually, being asked for a phone number is part of the sign-up stage. If you’ve already signed-up, using the same email address, then the email address is already linked to an account and so the verification will likely fail.
