Ahh ok. That rules out a transfer limit then.
I think you’ve probably exhausted all the support we (as in customers just like you) can give. You’ll need to contact Monzo and they’ll be able to look into things in more detail.

Have you tried to use your card since this problem started?
Only through bank transfers to accounts which doesn’t work
My account was frozen trying to sort it out now
How long did this take to sort out?
