Can’t activate new card

I have received a new card and once I put in my 16-digit card details and then my old PIN it stays on the same screen and doesn’t go anywhere else. Not really sure what to do or how to get help? Using IOS

If you close the app does it reopen on the same screen?

Delete and reinstall the app

I know you’re probably doing it correctly but Just incase: It’s your current pin not the old one. The pin is the same for everything, making app payments and card transactions. If you have changed it you’ll need to enter the ‘new one’
