When trying to verify my identity using my passport or driving licence my main camera won’t focus in on the text.
This is something that has been reported before. Try closing the app and try again. if you still have issues just drop support a message

Unfortunately Android devices have very different camera hardware that behave very inconsistently. We are continuously improving camera and video in the identity verification flow so that it becomes more stable and it works on the majority of devices. However there are always some models that don’t work as we expect
