Business account card not showing balance ATM

I have 3 monzo accounts, joint, personal and business.

I just used an ATM to check the balance on my personal account and requested a printed balance which worked fine.

When I tried it with the business card at the same ATM a minute later, it said that my transaction could not be processed. I tried twice and it just gave me my card back.

Any ideas why this may be. My business card is a mastercard.
