Budgets joint v personal error

Issue: when trying to set my budget for joint account, it will default to my personal account when I click the budget editing button.
So I can no longer set budgets for my joint account.
This has only been an issue for a few months. It used to work perfectly.

OS: iOS 17.6.1 (21G93)
Device: iPhone 14pro
App Version: 5.9.20
