Yes. More than another bank would probably do but nowhere near close to covering my costs let alone inconvenience.

However, moving on from the original issue, my main concerns for their future growth are the internal communication issues and the long cs delays that now appear to have become the norm.

Monzo’s current growth rate is pretty phenomenal, and that’s clearly caused them some problems.

I think this is acknowledged, though perhaps not publicly, but the winding back on advertising, refer-a-friend schemes, etc speaks louder than words.

There is no quick fix to the problem of but I do believe it’s being taken seriously and i’m optimistic that the situation will improve. If I didn’t believe that, I wouldn’t stick around.
