Balance incorrect


My balance is showing as £14.45 but if I export the CSV data and sum it up it comes to £25.25

I have tried the session reset and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t add up. I also looked at the data directly from the API and the balance shows as £14.45 there as well

Any ideas?

It appears that some transactions that were done during the outages seem to not get updated on the app. I have a similar transaction that hasn’t yet appeared on the app even though it is cleared. You can find it using the API though. The balance should be correct.

I hope they are working on a fix.

Yeah that appears to have been the problem, if you are having the issue you may want to raise a support ticket because the tech I spoke to said they thought they had recreated all the missing feed entries
