Auto export joint account not working

Auto export for Monzo plus user is not exporting joint account transactions and only personal account transactions

That’s intended. Joint account isn’t included on the export and likely never will be.

It was coming at the back end of 2023 and then early into this year, for joint accounts. Along with custom categories for JA. One of them caused significant issues so they scrapped it. Looks like that page went live when it shouldn’t have!

Hey, I had hoped to come with good news this week (and not on a Thursday ), but staff testing has unearthed some not-so-nasty bugs which the team are busy working on for both features. We hope we can get these features shipped soon, but if we can’t then they both will most likely ship early January. As always, I’ll keep you updated as soon as we’re ready for rollout. Ross
