I used my monzo card at an atm that has swallowed my card. I rang the number on the atm and they said they couldnt help as it was not part of the natwest group (was a Tesco Atm). Have frozen my card and marked it as lost, have requested a new card but met with the message “Somethings gone wrong, please try again in a few minutes”. I have tried to call Monzo using the contact us page and when I have selected the relevant options (i.e. click 1 for debit card) it has hung up. Any idea what steps to take next?
Try again tomorrow, if no luck, use the help section within the app and someone will reply tomorrow most likely.
Your card is frozen so no money can be taken. Just don’t defrost it at any point, and monzo should be able to issue your replacement card.
