Same here. If where I worked had dogs in the office, I’d be working at home a lot more.
I’m sure pets are all fine and well, but not in the workplace - there are better ways to show the company is warm and fluffy than cats and dogs wandering around.
That’s a really good point, and that’s never occurred to me before! 
I don’t think there’s any rules against larger dogs… i think it might just be a coincidence that they’re all small!
the space team here are absolutely phenomenal! they’re one of the most amazing things that i have encountered at work.
they’re great at spotting any dog fluff that’s laying around!
They also put drinks in the fridges so all the logos are facing the same way which does magical things to the eyes.
They also put out freshly chopped fruit for the team every morning for breakfast, and there’s always bread and all the different types of milk. they’re wonderful.

So, as a whole we’re aware of where we went wrong and we’re working on improving it!
In complete honesty, im probably not the best person to answer this question, just because i dont have all the answers 
with regards to Monzo plus, theres been looaaads of feedback and the product team are posting regular updates over in the new Monzo plus channel!
If i ever have more to add, i will return here though!
