thats a really strong point about broadband being more complex 
to be completely honest, other than “I wish Monzo could switch my broadband and save me money” in a very gocompare style brainwave, i didnt think about this much!

Cuteness is a big selling point.
Geese just because. If you join, people just shout honk, and theres an emoji of a goose!
and because i tried to convince people to play a game and people just weren’t interested!
Good news is, that made me the winner by default.

Given all the issues around plus and then the watchdog investigation, what are you doing to win back the faith of people like me that now only keep a minimal amount of spending money into Monzo account because I’m concerned about how Monzo will treat me if I find myself having issues
