Hello! I am trying to open a monzo account, I applied via App ONE WEEK AGO! and the process is stuck processing the account info (checking the documents I sent). Someone else with the same problem? It is taking really long and I need a UK account!

Unfortunately we’re all customers on this forum so sadly can’t really help.
Your best bet would be reaching out via email (help@monzo.com) or in app chat - if that is accessible before the account is confirmed!
From Monzo’s help page online, it sounds like it’s the credit/ID check they are doing, so it may just take some time to clear.
