Failure to verify mobile number


I am trying to register for a Monzo Account and keep stumbling at the same stage every time.

Each time I am asked to verify my phone number I receive a text with the Verification code and input the number but receive the following message saying that the code has expired.

Can anyone shed any light on this problem please?
