I have a Apple Watch 4 and wondered if it’s worth upgrading to a 5 or 6?
I don’t think so. You won’t be gaining much in terms of performance or functionality unless you specifically need one of the new features.
Wait and see what the new one has in September

I upgraded from Series 4 to 6 as I broke my Series 4.
Really no difference and haven’t noticed anything that has vastly improved.
I’d say wait.
As with the phones, not a huge amount changes year to year.
Maybe see if the design changes for the 7, but if you want one, do it!

I absolutely love the always on display on my 5, and really have found it to make a big difference.
But other than that I don’t think there’s been anything very interesting introduced in the 5 or 6.
Would def wait and see if the 7 brings anything new when announced in September at this stage.
