Card expiring soon and sorting out new card, Go through all the steps, want to have full legal name instead this time, same address, type in password, click confirm, everytime there is a failure and won’t let me confirm card details but keeps prompting me to confirm

You’ll need to speak to support, search “contact” in the app and you’ll get to chat.
I think you usually have to do this while creating the account so you might have to contact them about a name change.
