Name error

when I was creating an account i misspelt my legal name And I didn’t release until I finished the process also I didn’t even know there was an option for preferred name,I was wondering if there is a way I can correct my legal name and add a preferred name

If you’ve got your card and activated you can go into chat and ask to update it. Might need to submit id again although they could look at the existing image I think to see the correct spelling.

You could call but they may see go on chat to provide id again.

When you submit your ID the name on there is compared to the one you entered, so if it’s just a small typo it should be picked up automatically and sorted.
