When I open the app on my mobile, the screen opens with a message telling me that I am top of the waiting list and there at 0 people ahead of me. I cannot move off this screen. Help ?

Could you either direct message me the email address you use to log in to the Monzo app or email
firstname.lastname@example.org from it? We can take a look and fix this for you.
