Stuck on top of the list for nearly 1 month now

Hi there,
As the title says I am stuck in the top of the waiting list for 1 month now. I emailed help@monzo.com 3 times now but never had a response.
I am quite in a hurry because i need to receive my payment as I don’t have another UK account, is it normal to be so long or is just a software bug ?
