Logged out again…(you need 20 filling)
So, this has now happened to me twice in the space of a week. Is as if I’ve never used the App before. I have to put my email address in and get the email with the ‘magic link’ in it. I’ve been using the app daily since April and have never this issue until this past week. It’s really quite annoying! I’m Mondo user #6457 running app version 1.6.1 #254 on an iPhone 6s running iOS 9.3.4.
Please sort the wrinkle guys in an otherwise seamless and lovely experience! Thanks kindly… ;^)
This happens to me everytime after I update the app. It resets my ‘Tips’ progress as well
Downloaded the update yesterday but had poor signal so it took a while. Just went to the widget and noticed it was talking about using the app for the first time. So I went into the app and sure enough I was being asked to log in via email again.
Were you expecting the update to log users out?
Not sure if anyone noticed too but for me the usual logout after update happened, it also disabled Touch ID which I hadn’t noticed until now! Updating the app shouldn’t turn off security features!?
This seems to happen every few days now. Really annoying. Sadly I can’t seem to replicate what is causing the bug.
This happened to me but I thought it was because I was switching between app store and testflight versions
And again. Am back to the old bank for now went to add funds and have to mess about logging in and getting an email.
Annoyed with it now. Not sure if it’s related any app update or iOS update seems to do it for me but had other times too
I have been occasionally getting this on iOS 10 beta.
Exactly the same as SimonT above me.
I’ve been having this issue a lot recently and I found out what the issue is, I get logged out every time I open the notifications pane to check my balance from outside the app. I’ve now disabled the Monzo widget and I haven’t been logged out. I get it consistently and can reproduce this bug.
This doesn’t happen to me every day because I usually have the notifications pane on the notifications side instead of the today bit with all the widgets
The consistent widget logout issue is new in the current TestFlight build, return to the App Store release until it’s fixed. It’s only one build number difference so you won’t be missing out on anything.

I’ve removed the widget for now, I’ll just wait it out. I haven’t actually used it that much
