Hey guys,

I am absolutely loving my Mondo card, it’s brilliant!!

I’m currently having an issue, as of this morning the app logged me out. When I tried to log back in the app asks me to add £100 to a card so a card can be sent out to me but I already have my card, it’s really worrying because I topped my card up with £200 credit ready to spend yesterday!

Can I still use my card? Will it register my spending? How can I get my account sorted?

PLEASE HELP ME!

have you tried un installing the app , switching phone off and then re installing the app , making sure you use your initial registered email address ?
