App logs me out every day

I’ve turned on Touch ID on the Monzo app for unlock and haven’t had any more issues so far logging in. May be a quick solve.

Settings > Privacy and Security > Require Touch ID for unlock.

Any update Dale? I’m still having the same issue, although I think opting in to touch ID does reduce the logouts a bit

@Platypus10 Unfortunately it’s taken us a little longer to get the fixes through than previously planned.

The good news is that the fix is scheduled to be rolled out next week if all goes to plan (currently going though internal testing). We will be taking a phased rollout approach to this so not everyone will get the fix on day one. This is so we can monitor the situation and have confidence the fix has the desired effect.

I hope this is good news. Thanks for being patient as this one has been a tough one to crack!
