If I open the Ap I only see the running card with the information when the card arrive and the sign you want to activate your card now but I can’t open any other thing I see no account number or something
Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
If that fails you will have to email help@monzo.com

Is the app update and what os are you used android or iOS if installing it has nit work has you try a soft rest of your phone might help?.
Failing that I would recommend contact the support by email or phone is the win app charge are you able to get in that or?
