If I enter an amount first then go to change the source account during a bank transfer the app crashes. Example being transferring money from my personal to my joint if I switch to from my joint to my personal and I have already entered an amount it crashes

Can confirm this doesn’t happen on Android. If I go to Move Money (between my Personal account and our Joint account, enter a value to transfer (and either with or without an entered reference), then switch accounts around (from Personal-to-Joint to Joint-to-Personal) works OK with any crashing.
Please note at this point I have not attempted to insigate a transfer by tapping on the ‘Transfer’ button - only that I have tried switching source/destination accounts while a value was entered in the ‘£_____’ field. But your report doesn’t detail this a step anyway.
Try the reboot rescue:
- Uninstall the Monzo app from your device
- Restart your device (important)
- Download, install & login the Monzo app
- Retry the Move Money feature
