Issue: I recently set up the new transfer limits so you no longer are transferred to the other bank’s app when you want to transfer in money from a connected bank. I have two Nationwide accounts connected to Monzo. I requested a transfer from account A, but the request is made to account B. This actually made me overdrawn on account B!
Details to reproduce:
- connect to Nationwide, enabling 2x accounts (A & B)
- configure transfer limits so not transferred to Nationwide app when moving money
- request ‘move money’ from account A within Monzo
- the ‘add money’ screen ‘from’ field shows account B
- money is transferred into Monzo from account B instead of account A. There’s no opportunity to correct it to account A
