So I’ll try and keep this brief.
Ordered a coffee machine from John Lewis via Paypal on 30th December, paid an extra £3.50 for delivery on 31st via collectplus.
Get a despatch confirmation from JL at about 11pm on 30th but when I went to track with collectplus it tells me that the parcel is still with JL.
Fast forward to this morning and it’s still apparently with JL according to yodel/collectplus (despite JL saying they sent it five days ago), after having ignored my Twitter DMs but answering other later tweets and frankly being unhelpful apart from begrudgingly refunding my £3.50 delivery charge when I rang them I’ve raised a PayPal dispute.
Just wondered if anyone else has been having any similar problems? Honestly I expected more of them given their reputation.
