It puts me off Assurant and will very careful with any future claims!

Jeez. That’s a pretty poor journey.
You’d think they’d have just replaced or resolved it their side.
Nationwide uses the same company, so me or the other half better take extra care
Though having said that, I’ve not had to claim off phone insurance for 10 years ish, and back then it was a simple here’s a new phone due to losing mine.
